I have to admit, I have not been able to keep up with teaching, blogging, and surveys as much as I would like! I took two last night and earned around $5 though!
Here is one I have heard good reviews on, but I haven’t tried personally!
I am super excited to tell you about my new collaboration with Savings.com to help bring you Savings Nation!
I get several emails a month about teaching coupon classes, so I know that you all are going to be super excited too!
Savings.com is launching Savings Nation: a national call for action to spend less so you can live more.
They are encouraging consumer health which means setting personal finance goals that result in your ideal lifestyle. Savings.com believes consumer health leads to better spending choices that make a positive impact on our lifestyles, families and communities.
The path to consumer health begins with these three questions:
What lifestyle do I want?
Why do I want that lifestyle?
How will my purchases impact my lifestyle, family and community?
THE BIG NEWS!
I have been selected as a Savings.com DealPro to begin teaching coupon classes later this spring in and around the Charlotte, NC area! Yes, that means you will have a chance to learn from me and meet me in person. (Not that I am all that exciting, but the classes should provide valuable tools for you to start saving money.)
Not in NC? That is OK! There are other DealPros all around the United States participating. Chances are there will be a class held near you (and you can even request a class in your area)! To help us get started, I need you to fill out the survey at the bottom of this post!
If you have a suggestion for a venue in the greater Charlotte area where you would like to see me teach a class, please feel free to leave me a comment too!
Here are the current scheduled Savings Nation classes with other great DealPro teachers:
If you have the time, this can be a great way to earn some extra money. The Nielsen National Consumer Panel has some openings right now. You can see if they are in your area.
You will scan the items you buy as you bring them into your house.
I have heard 2 sides to this one. People either love it or they hate it. I haven’t tried, because between teaching and blogging, I know I don’t have the time!
New users: There is a Swag Code to enter when you register: BIRTHDAYBASH12. It is worth and additional 110 Swag Bucks when entered during the sign up process. That means you will start with 140 Swag Bucks instead of the customary 30.
It would be awesome if a Coupon Teacher reader could win!!
