I was able to receive a copy of this book to review and giveaway, because I thought it would be a perfect compliment to our Erase Your Debt series.
My review:
If you have been couponing or budgeting very long, this book may seem a little obvious to you. If you are just starting on your journey of frugal living OR are at a really tough place in your journey, I think this book could be a great encouragement and supply you with some options.
I especially enjoyed the sections of the book that told about womens’ stories from around the country. It made me feel like we are not alone on this journey!
Giveaway:
While I received a review copy and a giveaway copy of The Money Saving Mom’s Budget, I plan to give both away! (So one copy has been very slightly used, but you won’t notice.) Two winners will be randomly selected.
Enter:
1. Leave me a comment telling me where you are in your debt journey.
2. Join Coupon Teacher on Facebook or Subscribe to Coupon Teacher via email. Leave me a separate comment.
This giveaway will end on March 31st at noon EST. U.S. only, 18 years and up. Two entries per person.
I disclose: I was not compensated for this review or giveaway. I did receive both copies of the book from Money Saving Mom.

Well, we finally made it! This is the last official week of my Erase Your Debt Series!
Philippians 4
8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. 9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: 12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I hope you have a blessed day!

I did in my budget this week between a Harris Teeter produce trip and a Vitamin store trip! Good thing it is Friday and I can restock that envelope.
Debt Update:
Drumroll please?

We had enough money to pay off Lowes AND pay our tax bill! *Happy Dance*
Now to tackle the next debt…! We have one interest free bill and one interest bill other than vehicle loans, so it looks like my (interest) credit card bill is up next!
