This may sound really stupid, but… I see that Harris Teeter will do up to 20 double coupons a day. Does this mean that the cashier will automatically double up to 20 coupons or do I have to ask for coupons to be doubled? Also, for double coupons, do I only need one and it gets scanned twice, or do I need more than one?
The register will automatically double each coupon scanned that is .99 and under. If you have some that are under .99 and you don’t mind if they double, leave those ones for last after the most important are doubled. (i.e, if you have a .50 on an item and the item is .75, then it would double but only up to the .75,or you can just let it go in the face amount and pay .25 and if you have a .75 on an item and the item is 2.00, it would take off 1.50, so you would want to use those ones first) I hope I didn’t make it worse :( Don’t worry, you will get the hang of it!
