
Today is my students’ first day back to school! I hope it goes well for all of us!
Monday- Supreme Nachos (my healthier version with taco meat, lettuce, and tomatoes)
Tuesday- Eggs, bacon, toast, and fresh fruit (Breakfast for dinner!)
Wednesday-Dinner with Friends
Thursday-Date Night!
Friday- Leftovers
Saturday-Cookout

I haven’t done a menu for this week, but here is some of what we will be having….
Sunday: Ham red beans and rice and left over homemade breadsticks
Monday: Crockpoted chicken breasts with black beans and mole sauce, served over rice with probably some homemade naan.
Tuesday: Maybe pasta with italian sausage
Wednesday: maybe barbecue pork on a stick with Mrs. T’s pierogies and veggie?
No real thoughts yet for the rest of the week….
