Sunday: grilled chicken sandwichs, sweet potato fries and some cut up fruit and veggies
Monday: Probably chicken parmesan (trying homemade breading again with baking) pasta, green beans and maybe some homemade garlic bread.
Tuesday: Soup with rice with leftover homemade bread
Wednesday: Unknown, maybe tacos? maybe virginia barbeque?
Thursday: Ham and trimmings, no idea why, just in the mood. Love the left overs we make with ham too.
Friday: FRozen pizza night
Saturday: Unknown… go out for lunch? fend for self on all the wonderful leftovers?
Due to the extreme heat I am trying not to use my stove very much this week. searched a bunch of crockpot recipes and I am going to try them out.
Sunday – subway on the go
Monday – crockpot lasagna, green salad, french bread
Tuesday – crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu , broccoli, and rice pilaf
Wednesday – pizza night
Thursday – Taco Salad
Friday – crockpot garlic honey chicken, fresh corn off the cob(in microwave), green beans, rice
Saturday – crockpot Italian Wedding Soup
I have never utilized my crockpot so much in one week (never mind a month or two) . Saving energy, keeping the heat down, and quick in easy prep.
