I love any kind of fruit. I also love almonds but I can’t bring it to my work because others have allergies.
I love the Emerald “Breakfast on the go”. It’s a nut and granola mix with a little bit of chocolate. Yum,Yum!!!

Granola bars are our on-the-go snack. Easy to tuck a few into my bag for times when we need a snack. Hard to find ones that aren’t filled with over-processed/artificial ingredients.

I love KIND bars-but I’d pass these along to my daughter. Poor kid got “glutened” at her high school reunion this week and had to stop by mom’s house on her way home because she was so sick. It’s the first time I’ve seen her really affected by anything since her celiac diagnosis, and it was devastating to see her so sick, knowing there was nothing we could do for her. It’s my new mission to find out more about her condition, and to find her coupons for gluten-free foods after seeing the price of one loaf of G-F bread. (Over $6 for a tiny loaf!!)

I love to snack and my favorite ways to snack healthy are with pistachio nuts, granola, or fruit!

FYI- My husband loves the KIND bars. He was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and I bought these on a whim at Trader Joe’s hoping he would like them. He just raves about how they’re the best bar he’s ever had.

I love fruit! Can just grab a apple, banana or peach and eat it on the go. However I also love any kind of granola bars.
My favorite on the go snack is a piece of fruit and/or almonds. I love that I can just throw them in my purse or work bag. I found out recently that I was gluten sensitive. I haven’t tried these bars yet, but I have heard such good things that I may have to pick some up on my next trip to Earthfare.
I’m a sucker for fruit, but I’ve been trying to cut back (my dentist is making me), so I’ve switched to natural almonds. They’re tasty and healthy -I’ll take it!
My favorite healthy on the go snack is a protein smoothie or a soy latte and kind bar from starbucks!
Any kind of nuts, a mixture of pistachios, almonds and cashews are my favorite though!
