Sorry about the silly picture… I was so hungry I forgot to take it until I was almost finished eating! Yes, the chicken is yummy. Yes it is.
Easy Baked Chicken
1 thawed boneless skinless chicken breast per person
1 T of olive oil or Italian dressing per chicken breast (no more than 3T total…)
1T of your favorite seasoning blend (I recommend garlic, crushed red pepper, paprika, and salt. Be brave and use what you like! Make sure you use gluten-free if you are eating gf.)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread the oil in the bottom of a glass casserole dish. Coat the chicken by rolling it in the seasoning blend. Then place on top of the oil and bake chicken uncovered. The oil may darken in the bottom of the pan, and that is ok. Bake until chicken is medium brown and is cooked entirely through.
Enjoy with your favorite BBQ sauce. Sweet Baby Ray’s is gluten free!
