Menu Plan Monday

I am off for spring break this week, so I am going to try out some new recipes and try my best to stick to my menu!  I am going to try to make lunch at home for hubby on Wednesday and Thursday since we will probably eat out  both nights.

Breakfasts-Eggs, fruit, and nitrate free sausage… (who knows what else?!? oh yeah, I have been wanting to try vegetable pancakes)

Monday- Sliced Steak, Quinoa, corn on the cob

Tuesday-Spaghetti (regular pasta for hubby and gluten-free for me!)  and sauteed zucchini

Wednesday Lunch- Sub sandwich for hubby and lunchmeat roll-up for me…  ;)

Wednesday Night-Dinner with Friends

Thursday Lunch-Eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit

Thursday-Date Night!

Friday-Salsa Chicken Skillet

Saturday-Chicken Stirfry

And sometime during the week, I want to make these bars and my own ranch dressing. If I like the ranch, I plan to start making my own every week or so.  If I don’t like this recipe, there are tons out there!

Your menu plan looks great! Quinoa is something I haven’t tried yet, but want to. I’ve heard great things about it :) Found your blog through orgjunkie’s blog link up!

Thank you for stopping by. This is my first try at it too. One thing I learned was that my recipe was much too large for a side dish! I am hoping to post a variation on the recipe in the next couple of weeks. Hope you will come back and check out my other recipes!
