Menu Plan Monday

For lunches this week, I plan to have broccoli soup, salads, leftover chicken fajitas, and other leftovers.

Monday-Taco Stuffed Peppers

Tuesday-Grilled Chicken, salad, and steamed veggies

Wednesday-Dinner with Friends

Thursday-Date Night!

Friday-Thai Peanut Chicken (I hope I can find the recipe again, I made this once and it was delicious!)

Saturday lunch-Leftovers or Brunch

Saturday-Roast, potatoes and carrots

Sunday lunch-Spaghetti with meatballs and fresh veggies

Sunday-Leftovers

If you find the Thai peanut chicken recipe again, would it be possible to post it? It sounds good.
Our menu plan for this week is:
meatloaf
fried chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies.
waffles
spagehhti
I did have everything planned for each day of the week, minus Thursday. I just realized I do not have eggs (I had planned to buy some of the weekend, but didn’t). We are either have spagehhti or fried chicken tonight.

The recipe was in one of my magazines, so it is copyrighted. However, if I make any changes to it, I will post it.

I hope I can find it. It was really yummy.

Your post is the 3rd one I’ve seen with Date Night on the menu plan. That’s a great idea for busy couples.
