I have not shopped much this month. Plus, much of my shopping was done without coupons! (Yikes!)
We are making good progress on paying for some of the things we needed to pay for like our shed. I am not sure I will meet my goal of all non-secured debt being gone by the year’s end, but we will be close!
I also made a couple trips to the farmer’s market this month that I am not including in my totals. I don’t really know how to quantify how much I spent and saved. I do know I have truly enjoyed the fresh produce, and that I have saved some over grocery store prices.
Shelf Price: $397.22
Saved: $221.84
Spent: $175.88
Percentage Saved: 55.85%
Although I loved it when I was saving in the 70% range, I just don’t have the time to hunt the deals like I used to! Over 50% savings in today’s economy pleases me just fine. It seems like people don’t want to share if they saved less than 60%. I say BAH to that. Savings is savings! I saved over $200 this month by watching the sales and coupons!
How did you do this month?

We went over budget a bit this month again. I don’t have totals, my reciepts are almost every where right now. I do have 2 rebates coming back. Praying October is a better month. We have managed to stay with our budget for everything else.
Still trying to get a handle on this food budget. My husband has so many food intolerances and many of the foods he eats do not have coupons. Sigh…
