Harris Teeter Triple Coupon Matchups 9/14/11 (September 2011)

September 12, 2011

Harris Teeter

If you are new to couponing, start with my Savvy Shopper course. If you are new to shopping at Harris Teeter, visit my Harris Teeter Guide to learn the basics.  Remember to know their coupon policy!

UPDATED!

Harris Teeter will be tripling coupons from 9/14/11-9/20/11!  Want deals about Harris Teeter delivered directly to your inbox?  Sign up for my Harris Teeter newsletter!

I am definitely not perfect, so please let me know if I have made any mistakes or left anything off! Only three like coupons will double or triple per transaction. My Harris Teeter will not double or triple coupons that say DO NOT DOUBLE (DND), but some stores do. I tried to mark them DND, but I am sure I missed a few.

HT policy is to double 20 coupons PER DAY PER HOUSEHOLD.

If the list looks confusing to you, go here to find common abbreviations for coupons.

I spent around 6 or 7 hours on this list, so please don’t copy without my permission.

Happy Shopping!

I was just wondering if some of the prices were the sale prices for the week of 9/14. I looked online and didn’t see some of the prices the same, and just wondered if the prices you listed were for the upcoming sale week?

Jen September 12, 2011 at 1:41 pm

Wondering the same, Campbell’s tomato or chicken noodle is listed at $1.00?

Coupon Teacher September 12, 2011 at 3:58 pm

Yes, there are sale prices included. I never publish my matchups until I have the new ad prices.

Excellent! Thanks!

Oddly they seemed to have changed the price on the soup. Checked online Tuesday night and was showing the 60 cent price but went to store today, and it is back to $1? Not showing online anymore either. So it makes it 60 cents after coupons now.

Shelly, did the ad say anything about a GM deal? There are a suspicious lot of GM coupons and a lot of GM products on sale. Of course, not the Green Giant veggies, which are probably about the only thing I could pass off as poorganic. Bummer that I committed to this Eating Poorganically thing . . . it is making couponing MUCH trickier.

Reply

Shelly @ Coupon Teacher September 13, 2011 at 4:53 pm

If you buy a certain amount of GM products you get 50 bonus box tops for your school.

No $XX off this year. It stinks.

Thank you so much for doing this! It makes all the difference! Also, thank you for having the printable list – I tend to get on overload when I am in the store and trying to make the best decisions so not having to wade through everything really helps me. :)

The HT in Gastonia off Union Rd has Crest 6oz white strips expressions on clearance for 2.39 as well. (don’t remember the flavor but it is clearly marked). The .75 P&G 8/28 coupon will triple on these!

Reply

annashops3 September 14, 2011 at 9:46 pm

The tofu was $2.49 at my HT & the palmolive, no sign saying $1.89, rather it showed $2.99. The granola thins were sold out. It seems different HT stores have different sales & prices, is that correct?

Reply

Jen September 15, 2011 at 7:30 am

I think they changed the regular price at the start of the sale week on these, I checked last week and the non-sale price was lower, then in store today it was 2.49.

Reply

Jen September 15, 2011 at 7:35 am

Nevermind. Appears to depend on the store

Thank you for all the great updates!!!!!!!!!! I went into Harris Teeter yesterday & was delightfully surprised that lots of the items were on sale even cheaper than advertised! So with the triple coupons on top of that, I got some awesome deals! For example, the Oral-B Satin Glide Floss was only $1.99 and with the $0.75 coupon I had that tripled, I got it free!!!!!!! There were several more items like that!!!! I got 23 brand name items for $20.46!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi!
First off…thank you sooo much for all the hard work you’ve put into this site! Just a quick question, though…I can’t get my list to print. Am I doing something wrong?

Reply

Coupon Teacher September 15, 2011 at 8:06 pm

Once the list pops up in another screen, sometimes I have to scroll to find the print button.
