Right now, they are primarily focused on the western U.S., but they are expanding to the south very soon! I am looking forward to hearing about another event near me. In all honesty, I would order this box of chicken again for sure. It is perfect for two small families to share or for one large family. Make sure you have plenty of room in your freezer!

I bought the chicken for the first time just a couple of weeks ago. I did the same as you. Cut up the chicken into individual breasts and trimmed off all the fat. But when it came to freezing, I put each fresh breast in a freezer Ziploc bag. We threw all the bags back into the original box and popped the whole thing in the freezer. I’m happy with the quality and love that I can just pull out the number of breasts I need each time. Yes, it took me 2.5 hrs, to do all the cutting and the cleanup, but I believe it was well worth the effort and will do it the same way next time.
