Turkey Casserole
Ingredients
- leftover turkey
- broth or gravy
- Steamfresh veggies (BOGO) (I would use peas and carrots.)
- 8-10 oz. Egg Noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stalk celery and a little diced onion, lightly sautéed
Directions
Heat broth or water down the gravy to use for a base. Add water if you don’t have enough broth. Add all vegetables and noodles. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add turkey. Bring back to a boil and serve.

Shelly, Thanks for sharing your Bargain Meal of the Week. I’ve never had this but I may try it, especially since I have a ton of Steamfresh to use.
