Crockpot Pulled Pork
- 1 Pork Boston Butt ($.99/lb.)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup of barbeque sauce

Use the seasonings to rub over outside or roast before cooking. Cook the Boston Butt in a small amount of water in the crockpot on low for around 6-8 hours. (Check to make sure it is cooked through.) Tear the pork loin apart with a fork and knife and serve with barbeque sauce. (I like pickles on mine!)
The Boston Butt can also be cooked in a smoker. This makes delicious barbeque!
