I just wanted to thank God for the lovely weather we had this past weekend. After a longer and harsher winter than we are used to, it was wonderful to see a few signs of spring this weekend. The nice temperatures allowed us to crack the windows, get outside, and hubby to grill a delicious dinner Saturday. Do you grill more in the spring and summer?
Monday-Pizza (homemade if hubby will allow it, he has been anti-homemade pizza lately, what is up with that?)
Tuesday-Easy Fried Chicken with rice and veggies
Wednesday-Dinner with friends
Thursday-Open Faced Texas Burgers (This is a Taste of Home recipe, so you have to be a member there to view it. I am not a member, but my MIL got me a Simple and Delicious magazine subscription for Christmas.) We tried this recipe a few weeks ago. Delicious!
Friday-Snow Crab Legs for hubby and grilled cheese and tomato soup for me (Please don’t hate me for hating seafood.)
Saturday-Ribs (if it isn’t raining), baked potatoes, and slaw
