Here lately everything seemed to be going great for me at the stores. Today wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either!
CVS
I don’t have a picture for this one, because I ended up changing my plan. I got part of hubby’s V-day present, so I won’t be posting a picture.
Somebody beat me to the Nivea lip care, so I just ended up with the Reach. This was probably best after all, because my cashier would not take the $1 coupon with the BOGO coupon. Oh well! Like I said, at least hubby will have a surprise next week.
Walgreens
First, I have to give a shout out to Jan my biweekly Walgreens cashier. She is so sweet that she actually brought me some Campbell’s soup labels for my kids at school!
I spent $2.47 for all this and 1 newspaper! I received $12.50 back in RR for next trip.
Riteaid
I spent $4.14 and will get $4 back in rebates! (I splurged on the gum because I got a game of Life game piece for each and they were BOGO.)
Harris Teeter
This cost me $8.94, but I saved over $34. The popcorn was $.50 each! I found a coupon for the bagels in my March All You magazine.
All in all, a pretty good day, but remember couponing rarely goes perfectly!
