Thrifty Thursday: Co-worker gifts

December 17, 2009

Welcome to my second weekly gathering of Thrifty Thursday!   I am definitely coupon savvy, but sometimes, I forget to be thrifty.  The dictionary says that thrifty is “thriving by industry and frugality”. I would say if you are reading this blog that you are in some way trying to be thrifty!

I am going to encourage everyone to link up their thriftiest deal of the week, a thrifty tip, or an article focused on the thrifty lifestyle we are trying to lead.

This week I have discovered several Thrifty Deals and Ideas (actually too many to list them all)!

Make some money at Walgreens here.

Here is my Thrifty Idea for coworker gifts.

Here is a link to a free craft e-book. These activities can keep your child entertained while out of school and make great gifts.

Publix Penny Pincher has a great list of baking coupons here.

Tatertots and Jello is hosting a homemade Christmas gift event here.  The pictures are worth the trip!

A Thrifty Mom has a cute idea here for neighbors and acquaintances that you want to wish a Merry Christmas.

Bloggers:  Link your posts below.  If it is a new post, please link back to Coupon Teacher, so that everyone can share ideas through the linky.

Readers:  If you do not have a blog, I still want your participation! You can leave me a comment or send me an email with pictures of your thrifty ideas.

I have also posted this at Life as a Mom.
