As most of you know, I faithfully participated in the 30-Day Giving Challenge at Kingdom First Mom.
Things I learned…
1. It is easy to give money, if you have it. It is harder, if you don’t.
2. It is hard to give time, because no one has enough.
3. There are more opportunities to give than you can imagine.
4. You sometimes have to refuse to give. (I was asked to give monetarily so times during the month that I could never do it all.)
5. Setting a challenge or goal makes you exponentially aware of what you already do to be giving.
6. Giving feels good and right.
7. God blesses us when we give.
8. Sometimes time is the most important gift.
I hope all of you out there do something small in the hustle and bustle of this month that continues the giving tradition.
